Lack of Focus

The following is what happens when you go off the deep end. No doubt the owner of this vehicle feels strongly.

But the sheer carpet bombing of bumper stickers robs the effort of any focus at all and zeroes out any possibility of meaning.

I took a closer look and found a couple of areas of common ground:

And while I get the feeling there are even more things I may agree with, the sheer intensity of the bombast makes me think it may not be a good use of time to try and build a bridge here.

And that, sadly, is a metaphor for American politics today.
