California Cop Killed by Judge, Parole Board

A known, violent, repeat offender recently released on parole has been arrested and charged with the murder of a highly respected police officer in the gritty San Francisco Bay Area town of East Palo Alto.

But I firmly believe that if the suspect is ultimately convicted, then the judge who sentenced the suspect and the parole board who set him free should all be charged with being accessories to murder.

In addition, if elected president, I will direct the Justice Department to create a national registry -- similar to that created by megan's Law -- that will contain the photos and pertinent information about the judges and parole board members who assist the killing, raping, molesting and brutalizing of innocent citizens.

Society has a right to protect itself and that means we must put a face on those who help criminals excape from prison and send those crime-enablers to prison themselves.
